Due to growth in our clients organisation an exciting opportunity for an Administrator/Personal Assistant to join their team based at Salisbury is now available.
Our client are well established in the Commercial, Industrial and Domestic Building Construction industry and you will be required to provide all aspects of administration support to this highly professional team including covering reception.
You will also be required to provide assistance to the managers your responsibilities will include booking travel, diary management and organising meetings. You will also learn tasks to assist the Estimators and Project Managers in the office.
This is a great role offering genuine career progression for the successful candidate as a cadet into Project Management in the future.
You will be required to be a quick learner and have excellent communication skills both written and verbal and be proficient on Microsoft Word, Excel and have excellent mathematical skills.
