Excellent opportunity for a Senior Business Analysts with solid Agile background to join Product Development group of one of the leading solutions providers. You will be

The main point of contact between development teams and the business. Your major duties and responsibilities will include:

• Gathering, Analysis and documentation of Business Requirements across functions, processes and workflows,
• Workshop facilitation and stakeholder interviews: internal and external,
• Translation of Business Requirements into Software Specifications,
• Documentation of Software requirements using use cases, domain modelling, functional specs, user stories and interface design,
• Project leadership,
• Training and mentoring on Agile and best practices;

To be successful you would need to have the following experience

• Solid Business Analysis experience in Product Development or bespoke software development,
• Proven experience working in Agile environment including iteration and story management,
• Background in Systems Analysis and Design and coverage of entire SDLC,
• Strong User Cases skills and experience,
• Previous experience working on financial or accounting systems highly preferred,
• You must be quick learner, strong problem solver with
• Outstanding communication skills, and
• Able to work with minimum supervision to tight deadlines.
